This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for Noriva products purchased through Tlozarinchakar.ddd. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law may give you additional rights.
We want you to feel confident ordering Noriva supplements. This Refund Policy sets out voluntary return rules alongside your statutory rights. If there is a conflict between this policy and mandatory law, the law prevails.
Subject to stock and hygiene rules, you may return unopened products in original packaging within fourteen days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or we expressly state otherwise at checkout.
Items must be unused, sealed where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized or final-sale items noted at purchase may be excluded.
For health and safety reasons, opened dietary supplements may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. If you believe a product is defective, misdescribed, or not of acceptable quality, contact us—different rules may apply under consumer guarantees.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged parcel, or a product that does not match its description, notify us promptly with photos and your order reference. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under our obligations and applicable law.
Unless a product is defective or we sent the wrong item, you are generally responsible for return shipping. If we approve a prepaid label, follow the label instructions exactly.
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we aim to initiate refunds within ten business days. Banks and card networks may take additional time to post credits. Partial refunds may apply if items are damaged due to misuse.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. If that is not feasible, we may offer store credit or an alternative method agreed with you.
Gift cards, shipping charges except where required, promotional bundles explicitly marked as final sale, and items excluded at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are typically your responsibility. Returns from outside Australia may incur additional documentation or shipping costs. Contact us before shipping internationally to confirm eligibility.
